Dear Coaches, Parents and Supporters,
I hope this message finds you well.
As a club, we are entering an exciting new chapter for Inverkeithing United FC. This summer we will embark on a significant step forward with our move to new training and matchday facilities at Caledonia High School. This presents a fantastic opportunity to continue developing the club and improving the experience for all of our players, coaches and families.
However, to ensure the continued success and sustainability of Inverkeithing United FC, we urgently need additional support behind the scenes.
The club is currently at a crossroads, and we now require committed individuals to join our committee to ensure we remain compliant, sustainable and able to continue delivering football opportunities for our young people going forward.
Due to some committee members moving on we are currently seeking volunteers for the following key committee roles:
• Vice Chair
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Child Protection Officer
These positions are essential to the ongoing running and governance of the club. Without a functioning committee structure in place, the future operation and growth of the club becomes increasingly challenging.
You do not necessarily need previous committee experience—what matters most is a willingness to support the club and contribute positively to our future. Many roles can be shared, and support will be available during any transition.
As parents and coaches, you are already a huge part of Inverkeithing United FC, and we would ask everyone to seriously consider whether you can help play a part in securing the club’s future.
